Emsisoft Anti Malware Not Working On MAC PC 1-8887203203 Customer support

Strange problem here. 

Emsisoft Anti Malware is running Mac PC home edition, and decided to run Spybot S&D and also Emsisoft Anti Malware because he felt it was running slowly. After having run both programs and rebooting, all icons (spare a few ones here and there) have been replaced with blank white placeholder icons. Furthermore, in attempting to open a few different things I was given the following red X errors:

Computer "the parameter is incorrect"
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performance of this action. Please install a program or create an association in the default programs"

explorer.exe "This file does not have a program associated with it for performance of this action. Please install a program or create an association in the default programs "

Now the company that makes Emsisoft Anti Malware has released a version for Macs, which you can get at Emsisoft Anti Malware. Here’s the thing—I’d love to tell you if it’s any good, but the damn thing won’t open on my Mac. Bounce bounce bounce bounce … forever. I re-downloaded & re-installed, & got the same thing. I am therefore declaring Emsisoft Anti Malware for Mac a P.O.S. Uninstalled.
